Can't make it to every class? No problem. I'll send you lifetime access to the recording as soon as it's over. That way, you can practice on your own time and still be part of the club. Not sure if you're ready to commit to a whole month? Try a single class and see if it's right for you.
What to expect?
This is a yoga and mobility mashup! No prior experience is required. I am accustomed to accommodating (and challenging!) athletes and newbies in the same class; all are welcome.
On Sundays, we sweat.
